1. Who we are

2. Description of services
LaMotheo Solutions is a business in the data engineering, data analysis, and IT training industry that provides data engineering, visualisation, mining and analysis services, Excel and Power BI training, and related IT support services to clients in South Africa.
3. Invoicing and payment
Invoices are issued in South African Rand (ZAR). Where a line item is priced in US Dollars, it is converted to Rand at the exchange rate stated on the invoice, and the amount payable is always the Rand amount shown. Payment is due by the due date stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment may be made by EFT into the bank account stated on the invoice, or online via Ozow or Payfast. Full banking details are provided on every invoice.
4. Card acquiring and security
Where you choose to pay by card or instant EFT, transactions are processed on our behalf by Payfast (Pty) Ltd and/or Ozow (Pty) Ltd, our approved payment gateways. These providers use industry-standard encryption, and no card or online banking credentials are ever entered on or stored by LaMotheo Solutions's own systems — they are entered directly on the payment provider's own secure site. Client and invoice details are stored separately by LaMotheo Solutions from any card or banking details, which are handled exclusively by Payfast and Ozow respectively.
5. Merchant outlet country and currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
6. Delivery of services
Subject to availability and receipt of payment (where applicable), services will be delivered or scheduled within the timeframe agreed with the client at the time of booking or engagement. For recurring/subscription billing, the billing period and frequency are stated on each invoice.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our full Privacy Policy is available here and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Responsibility
LaMotheo Solutions takes responsibility for all aspects relating to a transaction on this site, including the services sold, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of services.
10. Country of domicile and governing law
This website and these Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. LaMotheo Solution (Pty) Ltd chooses 12 Sluysken Avenue, Witpoortjie, Roodepoort, 1724 as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notices, or other documents or communications of any nature.
11. Variation
LaMotheo Solutions may, at its sole discretion, change these Terms or any part of them at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
