1. Invoices and payment

Invoices are payable in full by the due date shown on the invoice. Our standard terms are 14 days from the invoice date unless your invoice or agreement says otherwise.
Please use the invoice number as your payment reference so that we can match your payment.
You can pay by EFT into the bank account printed on the invoice, or online with instant EFT (Ozow) or card where these are offered on the invoice.
Online payments are confirmed automatically once the bank confirms them. EFT payments are matched when they reach our account, usually within 1 to 2 working days.

Monthly services (support retainers, licences and administration fees) are invoiced in advance at the start of each billing period.
Recurring services continue until cancelled. Please give 30 days' written notice to cancel or reduce a service.

Licences priced in US dollars are invoiced in rand as: the US dollar fee, plus the taxes shown, multiplied by the exchange rate on the invoice date. The rand amount can therefore change from month to month.
When Microsoft or another supplier increases its prices, we will give you written notice before the new price applies to your invoices.

If something on an invoice looks wrong, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it, through the client portal or by email, and tell us what is incorrect. We will reply and, where needed, issue a corrected invoice or a credit note.
Please pay any part of an invoice that is not in dispute by the due date.

If an invoice is not paid by the due date we will send reminders. Where an account remains unpaid, we may suspend services after giving you written notice.

LaMotheo Solution (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged on our invoices. Taxes included in US dollar licence fees are shown on the invoice line.
